While at JCIR, Rob Rinderman provided outstanding public relations services for Digiplex Destinations Corp (NASDAQ: DCIN) as we prepared for our IPO in April 2012 and through our merger with Carmike Cinesmas (NASDAQ:CKEC) in August of 2014.

motion picture entertainment industry and

I have worked with Rob Rinderman since 2011, when Digital Cinema Destinations Corp. (Digiplex) was preparing for its 2012 IPO.  Rob expertly guided us through the public and investor relations aspects of the IPO, and also as a publicly traded company. 


Rob made many introductions to analysts, investors and others who helped get our message out to a wide audience.  He was 
an active participant at meetings and conferences and helped create press releases

and marketing materials that resulted in us acquiring new investors and business partners.
